Terms of Service

1. The marketplace

codelist. is a digital marketplace operated by ZQ Developers, Khanewal, Punjab, Pakistan. We sell downloadable source-code and software products (PHP scripts, mobile apps, SaaS platforms and automation tools). All purchases are for digital goods delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Downloads and license keys issued to your account are for your use under the purchased license only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

3. Licenses

Each product is sold under either a Standard License or an Extended License, as chosen at checkout and described in our license terms. In brief:

• Standard License: use in a single end product — one website, one app, or one client project. Full source code, lifetime download access, free bug-fix updates for the purchased major version.
• Extended License: everything in the Standard License, plus use in unlimited end products and as the basis of a SaaS product you operate, priority support and early access to new major versions.

Under both licenses, resale, redistribution or public sharing of the source code — modified or not, on any marketplace, repository, forum or file-sharing site — is prohibited, and a violation ends your license without refund. Licenses are non-transferable.

4. Pricing & currency

All prices are set in US Dollars (USD). The storefront offers a $ / Rs display toggle showing an approximate Pakistani Rupee equivalent — this is display-only convenience; billing is always in USD/USDT and we are not bound by the displayed conversion.

5. Payments — crypto (USDT) only

Checkout accepts Binance Pay in USDT (Tether) only. Your order is created in a pending state with a unique amount, and our system confirms the payment automatically through Binance's API before delivery.

Important: cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain. Once USDT is sent, it cannot be recalled by us or by Binance — there are no chargebacks. Send only the exact amount shown, on the network shown, or your order may not be matched automatically.

6. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, download links, your license key and the invoice appear in your My Downloads area and are also emailed to you. Delivery is normally instant; if a payment needs manual review, it is completed within one business day.

7. Refunds

Our products are digital goods. Once you download the purchased archive, the sale is final and no refund is given — including for change of mind. A refund is granted only in these two cases:

• Non-delivery: you paid but never received working download access, and we cannot fix it.
• Corrupted archive: the downloaded archive is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 7 days of your report.

Approved refunds are paid as a new USDT transfer to a wallet address you provide, or as a product replacement — there are no fiat refunds or card chargebacks. Refunded licenses are revoked and download access removed. Refunds are not given for change of mind after the source code has been downloaded, issues caused by modified code, unsupported server environments, or third-party services outside our control. 8. Prohibited uses

• Reselling, sharing or publicly distributing the source code of any product.
• Using products to build phishing, malware, spam or otherwise illegal systems.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, orders or license keys.
• Abusing support channels or filing fraudulent payment disputes.

Violations may result in account suspension and license termination without refund.

9. Support scope

Every purchase includes installation support and bug fixes for the delivered version: help getting the product running, download or license-key issues, and fixes for defects in the unmodified code. Reach us through the support page (email or WhatsApp) with your order number — we aim to reply within one business day. Not included: custom modifications, integrations and new features (quoted separately), issues caused by modified code, and problems with your own server, hosting or third-party services. Extended License holders receive priority support.

10. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZQ Developers' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits from use or inability to use a product.

11. Governing practicalities

codelist. is operated from Pakistan. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — contact us and we will make a fair effort to resolve it. Any formal dispute would be handled under the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance.
