License Terms
Simple, fair licensing. One purchase, clear rights, no surprises.
Standard License
A Standard License covers one end product (one website, one app, one client project) and includes:
- Full source code with lifetime access to your downloads.
- Use in a single commercial project — yours or one client's.
- Modify the code freely to fit your needs.
- Free bug-fix updates for the purchased major version.
It does not include redistribution or resale of the source code itself, nor use in more than one end product. For that, see the Extended License.
Extended License Rights
An Extended License covers everything in the Standard License, plus:
- Use in unlimited end products — all your client projects.
- Use as the basis of a SaaS product you operate (single deployment per license).
- Priority support queue and early access to new major versions.
Commercial Redistribution
You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the source code — modified or not — on any marketplace, GitHub repository, forum or file-sharing site. This applies to both license types. Every download is watermarked with your license key, and violations result in license termination without refund.
If you want to bundle a codelist. product inside something you sell (e.g. a hosting package or a white-label offering), contact us for an OEM arrangement.
License Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service. Licenses are non-transferable. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
