Refund Policy

Digital goods: final sale once downloaded.

Once you download the product files, the sale is final — no refund. Our products are downloadable source code. After download we cannot take the code back, so refunds are not given for change of mind, wrong purchase, or compatibility assumptions. Please read the product description, demo and license terms before buying.

The only two exceptions

A refund is granted only in these two cases:

Non-delivery: you paid but never received working download access, and we cannot resolve it.
Corrupted archive: the downloaded archive is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide you a working replacement within 7 days of your report.

To claim either exception, contact support with your order number and a description of the problem.

How approved refunds are paid

Crypto payments are irreversible on-chain. USDT sent to our deposit address cannot be recalled by us or by Binance — there are no chargebacks. An approved refund is therefore paid as a new USDT transfer from us to a wallet address you provide, or as a product replacement.

Refunds are sent manually in USDT, normally within 3–5 business days of approval.
Once refunded, your license key is revoked and download access is removed.
We may ask for a screen recording or error details to verify the issue.

What is never refundable

Change of mind after the source code has been downloaded.
Buying the wrong product or license — check the description and demo first.
Payments sent in the wrong coin, wrong network or wrong amount that cannot be recovered (we try our best to help, but blockchain errors may be unrecoverable).
Issues caused by modified code, unsupported server environments, or third-party services (payment gateways, APIs) outside our control.
Feature requests — custom work is quoted separately via our support page.

By purchasing on codelist., you agree to this refund policy. When in doubt before buying, ask us first — we would rather answer your questions than see you buy the wrong product.
