Who we are

codelist. is a digital marketplace for source-code products operated by ZQ Developers, Khanewal, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use codelist., why we need it, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (passwords are stored hashed — we cannot see them) when you register or buy.
• Order data: order numbers, products purchased, license keys, download history and invoices — everything needed to deliver your products and verify your licenses.
• Contact data: messages and details you share when you email us or use the contact/WhatsApp support channels.
• Payment data: checkout is handled via Binance Pay in USDT (Tether). We record the payment facts needed to match your order — the deposit address, amount, coin/network and transaction ID. We never see or store your wallet's private keys, seed phrase or exchange login.
• Usage data: basic technical information (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate region) used to keep the site fast, secure and working.

How we use it

We use your data only for running the marketplace:

• creating and securing your account;
• processing orders, issuing license keys, invoices and download access;
• confirming crypto payments and resolving order issues;
• providing installation and technical support;
• protecting the site against fraud and abuse.

We do not send marketing emails. Transactional emails (order confirmations, invoices, support replies) are part of the service you signed up for.

Do not sell my information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the marketplace — hosting, email delivery, and Binance for payment confirmation — and only the minimum required.

Binance receives transaction details (deposit address, amount, transaction ID) solely to confirm that your payment reached our address. They do not receive your account password or unrelated personal data from us.

Cookies & local storage

• Essential cookies: session sign-in, cart and checkout — required for the site to work.
• Currency preference: the $ / Rs (USD–PKR) toggle on the storefront saves your choice in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device, and prices are always billed in USD/USDT regardless of display.
• No third-party advertising trackers are used.

Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour licenses, process refunds and meet tax/accounting obligations. Transaction records may be kept longer where law requires. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except what must legally be retained.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and payment data goes through Binance's own infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure online — if we ever detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users by email.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@zqdevelopers.com or via our contact page. We respond within a few business days.

Children's privacy

codelist. sells professional software products and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the marketplace evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use of codelist. after a change means you accept it.
